Lungeing
Our horses are also trained on the lunge and old hands at progressive, direct and within the pace transitions.

Long lining
Our horses are all worked regularly on the long lines and at various stages in their training which improves more over time, they are all established with being lunged with two lines and changing the rein in walk and trot and all are established with walk, trot, canter transitions, progressive, direct and within the pace transitions and shoulder in. Because of the variation of different horses at different levels we can cater for whatever you would like to have a go at. Our more advanced horses are established in simple changes (canter to halt/walk/trot to change the rein and canter immediately on the new rein), shoulder in and leg yield in walk and trot, travers and half pass in walk and spanish walk.

In hand
All our horses are trained in hand, they are established in leg yield, shoulder in, travers, half pass and some spanish walk . So if you fancy having a go yourself we can organise a lesson/s for you and we also involve the inhand work when having a flatwork lesson to give you the correct feel of lateral movements without having to worry about the horse.

Leg yield in hand

Clicker training is something else that you may like try so by all means please ask and we will organise this for you.

Click on our courses link, there is sure to be something of interest to you and if there is something that isn't covered we can put together a course for you.
